i felt genuinely welcomed by the staff, especially hamzah! they provided helpful information about the city and even met us to guide us to the riad. i found a lovely birthday decoration prepared for my husband in our room. breakfast included tasty eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, and cake, so i really enjoyed it.

i noticed a 3.5% fee when i paid with a card. it seemed a bit high to me! that's all, though.

The staff was very kind and always attentive to our needs. They even surprised us with little treats. our room was a haven of peace. I especially loved the traditional moroccan design, it felt very special. the rooftop terrace offered a fine view. I spent hours up there, just soaking it all in.

the alley leading to the riad was a little dark at night.

i found the breakfast somewhat lacking. the offerings were not of the highest quality. its location is also a slight disadvantage. it is situated in a dead-end alley, not ideal, especially when traveling alone. opening the door always required a few minutes wait. the services available are quite limited.
